Its modular and flexible design with gravity lock technology ensures quick and safe assembly, offering up to 100 kN per leg load-bearing capacity.
Reference Projects
The Tseung Kwan O – Lam Tin Tunnel (TKOLTT) spans approximately 4.2 km, connecting Tseung Kwan O and East Kowloon. An approximately 3.8 km dual two-lane highway is constructed, along with facilities and associated buildings such as civil, structural, marine, electrical and mechanical, traffic control and surveillance system, landscaping, as well as environmental mitigation measures.
Central to the project‘s scope is the creation of the deck, a significant undertaking requiring robust shoring towers and adaptable falsework systems tailored to different project segments. To meet these demands, PERI provided the PERI UP Shoring Tower MD, which is characterized by high load-bearing capacity. The system‘s simple setup facilitated swift and efficient assembly, while its combinability with other PERI systems allowed seamless integration into the project solution.
As an integral part of the Three-Runway System (3RS) project, the existing Terminal 2 (T2) at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) will be expanded to provide full-fledged terminal services, serving departure, arrival, and transfer operations. The project necessitated a dependable falsework system to ensure a secure working environment as well as a versatile formwork to construct the curved bridge deck. For this purpose, PERI provided the PERI UP Shoring Tower MD, facilitating the construction of the T2 expansion. Complementing this, the VARIOKIT Engineering Construction Kit was used as a flexible system to fulfil diverse requirements on various shapes.
